360° Perspective for Employee Development
360° feedback assessment is a developmental tool for assessing the maturity of competencies. The picture of the development status of selected competencies is gathered from multiple sources: colleagues, peers, supervisors, team members, and clients. The collected feedback provides insight into how the individual is perceived by their environment and serves as a foundation for creating an individual development plan, indirectly enhancing organizational culture.
The process involves structured feedback collection from all relevant participants for a predefined set of competencies (behaviours). Through statistical analysis of the gathered assessments, a comprehensive picture of the employee’s strengths, areas for development, and alignment with organizational needs is created. Based on this, both individual and organizational development plans are formulated.
An essential part of the process is providing feedback to the employee on the results of the 360° assessment and creating an individual development plan as a foundation for targeted growth.
Organizational Potential Assessment as a Measure of Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
The primary purpose of organizational potential assessment is to manage organizational culture and climate. The starting point is established through the Organizational climate and job satisfaction assessment. The first step in navigating organizational culture and climate involves creating action plans based on the findings of the assessment.
Job satisfaction and organizational climate surveys are conducted to determine employees’ satisfaction with key aspects of working conditions and their perception of the overall organizational culture.
The objectives of the survey are to assess the current level of satisfaction with various aspects of the work environment, both at the team and organizational levels, understand the structure and characteristics of work motivation, and create guidelines for shaping and managing organizational climate and employee satisfaction based on the analysis of results.
The core of the survey consists of pre-defined questions, criteria, and measures, which also allow for external benchmarking of results. Certain sections of the questionnaire can be adapted to meet specific objectives, ensuring optimal flexibility for the client’s unique needs.
The survey is conducted using the original questionnaire from our Partner, aimed at understanding employees’ subjective experiences and satisfaction levels with various dimensions of the work environment, such as: the organization’s general image, basic working conditions, work recognition, and organizational management style. The use of the original questionnaire allows for comparisons with other organizations in our database.
Throughout the project, we support the client in preparing and executing communication and the survey process.
After completing the survey and presenting the findings, we collaborate with the client to create action plans for shaping and developing the desired organizational culture. These action plans are developed at both the conceptual and practical (operational) levels, taking into consideration research findings, desired goals for managing organizational climate and employee satisfaction, as well as client resources.
Organizational Values, Principles, and Guidelines that Drive the Organization
Creating organisational principles, values, and/or guidelines involves preparing the organisation and engaging its resources to define and establish principles, values, and standards that guide the behaviours and actions of both management and employees. These values and principles reflect how managers and employees interact with each other and the organisation’s overall attitude towards its employees, members, and clients.
By defining values and principles through a facilitated process, the organisation fosters a culture that influences various internal success indicators, such as employee engagement, innovation, commitment to common goals, and efficiency. It also affects external success indicators like recruitment outcomes, customer satisfaction, and employer branding.
In partnership with the client, we create a document that reflects the actual functioning of the organisation (behaviours and perceptions of employees) and is not just “words on paper.”
