Who We are
Welcome to the Spirala Izvrsnosti website - a place where the worlds of human resources, business, leadership, and coaching intertwine in a unique and inspiring way. Contact UsHow It All Started
Once upon a time, there was a successful businessman named Bojan, whose expertise lay in sales and distribution. But beyond that, he had a deep passion for teaching, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow.
Bojan gathered a group of colleagues and friends who shared his enthusiasm for knowledge transfer, and together, they conducted training sessions for various organizations.
One day, Bojan decided to turn his passion into a full-time pursuit, and so Spirala Izvrsnosti was born. His colleagues and friends played a key role in shaping what Spirala Izvrsnosti stands for today. But as change is inevitable in this ever-evolving VUCA world, the journey has continued to evolve as well.
Partnership
Today, Bojan and Hrvojka are partners in the company. For them, the Spirala Izvrsnosti is a symbol of commitment to continuous learning and development, change and partnership. It is also a platform for learning and developing one’s own skills and competencies. What makes them special is their long-standing cooperation and friendship. Hrvojka learns from Bojan, Bojan learns from Hrvojka. They inspire each other to step out of their comfort zones! They support each other in difficult times.

I have dedicated my entire working life to helping people, in various ways and in several European countries. I firmly believe that it is crucial to decisively determine the direction in which we want to go and clearly define goals in order to make our efforts more effective and productive. It is important to always keep in mind: let’s not set limits for ourselves, let’s concentrate on what we can change and, of course, not give up!

Hrvojka Kutle
After completing my psychology degree at the University of Zagreb, I began my career at INA (an oil company) as a psychologist. Upon joining Zvijezda (FMCG) and the Agrokor Group, I transitioned into an HR generalist role. As I developed the human resources function within the organization, I moved into the management team. I continued to expand my HR management experience at Iskon Internet. I worked as the HR Director at Nova TV for five years. In mid-2018, I shifted industries and took on the role of HR Director at IN2 (an IT company), later adding communications responsibilities to my role as HR and Communications Director.
After 20 years of working in various organizations, I experienced burnout, decided to step away, and chose to focus on coaching as my primary career. Leading different teams, collaborating with diverse colleagues, and reporting to various superiors gave me valuable insights into the relationships we build and nurture.
For over 10 years, I have been supporting the development of individuals, teams, and organizations through my consultancy work, with a particular focus on individual and team transformation that arises from adopting a leadership and coaching mindset. Since 2020, this “additional” work has become my primary professional journey.
I graduated from the world-renowned Co-Active Training Institute and am a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I’m also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold various certifications, including MBTI Practitioner, 3Brains Coach Certification, and Leadership Circle Profile® and Manager Edition Practitioner.
My work is grounded in the belief that people are complete beings who don’t need fixing, and that they have the innate ability to create their own leadership paths. I firmly believe that effective leadership of others begins with Self.

I graduated in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Professional Electronics and Electroacoustics, and began my career at KD Vatroslav Lisinski as a sound engineer and head of the audio-video department. At the same time, I completed a postgraduate degree in management through the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Business Academy Munich.
I continued my career at the multinational company “Wrigley,” where I worked as a National Sales Coordinator. I spent a year setting up business operations and teams in Bosnia and Herzegovina, then continued as the Sales Director for the markets of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
My next role was at “Mars Inc.,” where, as General Manager, I led the markets of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, and Albania.
After the acquisition of Droga Kolinska by Atlantic Group, I joined their team as Senior Executive Director for the markets of Slovenia, Serbia, and Macedonia. I managed integration activities in these markets, including business integration, team integration, and the creation of a new corporate culture for Atlantic Group.
After six years of managing the region, I took on the role of Vice President of International Markets at Atlantic Group, where I worked on expanding the company outside the South East Europe region and dealt with the challenges of entering established Western European and overseas markets.
After a series of operational and tactical roles, my next two positions at Atlantic Group were related to strategic development. First, I served as Senior Executive Director for Strategic Business Development and later as Human Resources Director for Strategic Business Areas.
After 12 years at Atlantic Group, I joined Podravka Group as the Managing Director for the Southeast European markets.
Driven by a desire for continuous and holistic development, I have always enjoyed combining operational tasks with discovering new territories and knowledge. As a result, I obtained certifications in PPD coaching, mentoring (especially in the area of “young talents”), consulting, DISC assessment for individuals and teams, and marketing management according to Kotler standards. I am also a certified trainer according to Masterfull Trainers US standards.
However, all the above is less important compared to the satisfaction I feel during coaching, mentoring, and consulting moments when clients experience their “wow” moment and make important decisions and changes in their personal and team development.
This is why, for the last 10 years, I have been intensively focused on this “additional” profession.
Miljenko Šanko
I joined the team after 14 years of experience working in Milan. My main areas of interest include Business Coaching, Mental Coaching for athletes, recruitment and selection, Assessment Centers, communication and presentation skills, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
I graduated in Psychology at the University of Zagreb. Among the various HR-related trainings and qualifications I have completed, I would highlight:
• MBTI Certified Practitioner diploma – New York
• Master delle Risorse Umane – Milan – organizer and lecturer
After completing my psychology studies in Zagreb, I continued my professional career in Milan. I did an internship at Cegos Cybersearch, where I gained experience in recruitment, selection, training, and Assessment Centers.
Following that, I spent nearly a decade working for Lasat as a lecturer, while also planning and organizing various EU-funded courses, including a Master’s program in Human Resources. Concurrently, I was also the executive director of a private multispecialty clinic.
After returning to Croatia, I joined the Spirala Izvrsnosti team in 2011. I am a member of the Croatian Psychological Chamber. Over the past 8 years, I have focused more on deep-dive assessments and individual work with clients through Business Coaching.
Having played basketball professionally, I now channel that passion and experience into Mental Coaching for athletes. My greatest satisfaction comes when a coachee realizes their hidden potential – I experience their victory as my own.
